You’ve Got to See These Photos of Azaleas at Bonaventure Cemetery
During springtime, Bonaventure Cemetery becomes a wonderland vibrant with azaleas. Depending on the weather, Savannah‘s azaleas are mostly in full bloom mid-March through the third week in April. However, since the winter weather this year was rather mild, the azaleas began blooming in February.
Bonaventure Cemetery is full of stunning sculptures, historic headstones and gorgeous Spanish moss. At 100 acres, Bonaventure is Savannah‘s largest cemetery, making it an absolute must see.
